In most cases, the shipping fees are already included in the sale price. That makes our selling policy different.

If the Item You are interested in, it is being sold through our Company services and both parties have agreed with the terms of sale, simply click the Register button on our web site and enter the details requested on the Registration form. If the price entered is different from the original Craigslist or Kijiji sale price (normally after a re-negotiation between both parties), Seller's confirmation is needed before we start the transaction. If the Seller's response is positive, TRANSPORTATION COLLABORATIVE, INC. will send an Invoice with specific transaction information and payment instructions needed to successfully complete the transaction. Upon confirmation, payment will be secured into one of our trust accounts and held there until the transaction is completed. What if I have registered but have not received an Invoice?

I am a Buyer. How should I proceed?

Once Your offer is accepted, the next step is to Register on our web site by using the registration form. Terms and Policy for on-line transactions, after a Customer submits a transaction request and his/her transaction is approved, TRANSPORTATION COLLABORATIVE, INC.. Shipping Department automatically starts preparing the Item for shipping (the Company system is automatically programmed to schedule transactions and shipments). As a result, the Shipping Department starts to prepare the paperwork and Your Item is being loaded into a container, along with other Items that have been programmed by the system for shipping at the same time along with Your Item. In consequence, the Item becomes unavailable for inspection.


How long before I receive my Item?
